Field Responsibles

In every field of play there will be an appointed person responsible for the area, working in close quarters with the Sport Club's representatives. They will play a fundamental role for the organising committee, as they will coordinate the sport activities, keep an open channel with the Operative Centre of the Quercia Stadium communicating results and eventual problems, and will be the one in charge of the locally deployed Junior Team members.

Junior Team

Thousand of students coming from the main high schools of Rovereto will volunteer in the
Tournament providing help with the organisation. They will be the one in charge of:

• accompany the visiting teams;
• field of play management, Info-Point, and logistic coordination;
• communications, Press Office, Info Torneo, and photo/video coverage.
